Your Responsibilities

The tasks for this role are suitable for you who enjoy a variety of tasks. As an operations operator, you will be involved in the entire production process from A to Z, monitoring the production facility from the control room, conducting rounds, lab testing the product at various stages, and ensuring that the factory's production runs as smoothly as possible. If any issues arise, light technical troubleshooting and analysis, cleaning, and preventive work may also be required. Even though this is a summer job, you will function as a key person where you are expected to have high attendance in production, contributing with decisiveness, openness, and a holistic view.

The position is full-time and follows the customer's 6-shift schedule. The start date is early/mid-April until the end of August, and an extension is possible for the right person.

Since you are hired to cover for regular staff, there will be no opportunity for a longer vacation in this role.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

For the role of operations operator, we are looking for a driven and communicative person who is motivated by being an important cog in a large machine. To get into the role as quickly as possible, it is a big plus if you have experience in an industrial environment within production or manufacturing, but it is not a requirement. We would like you to have an industrial education as a foundation or be currently studying in a relevant field, but again, this is not a requirement; your personal qualities are the most important. You have a strong interest in technology and processes and enjoy working in production in close collaboration with other operators and technicians. If you have previous experience in the industry, for example in processes, we consider this to be a strong merit.
