"My name is Magnus and I work as the regional manager at Axcell Fastighetspartner in Växjö. As a manager, I am supportive and present but also set demands that we work together to solve tasks. We help each other solve problems that arise through dialogue or on-site in the field. I am now looking for an experienced and responsible seasonal property caretaker to join our team in Växjö. Are you the one we are looking for?" - Magnus Ekelöf, Regional Manager

Axcell Fastighetspartner offers everything from individual point interventions to comprehensive management solutions. The company has extensive experience in property maintenance, property technology, administrative management, and property development. Our employees are our greatest asset. Our ambition is for both the company and our employees to grow and develop. Axcell has a strong focus on sustainability. Growth must be sustainable in every way. Therefore, we work with three different focus areas - an attractive workplace, a balanced planet, and governance towards sustainable choices - where we can make a real difference and minimize the footprints we leave behind. As an employee at Axcell, it is important that you want to help make a difference for the climate of the future. The entire group is environmentally certified and we operate according to the environmental management standard Swedish Miljöbas.

Job Responsibilities

As a property caretaker, you will work closely with the customer. It is your job to nurture existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your tasks will include:

  • Maintenance and cleaning of external areas
  • Gardening
  • Corrective actions
  • Driving minor improvement projects
  • Property inspections

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • High school education
  • Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Experience in gardening is an advantage

As a property caretaker with us, you have commitment and enjoy order and tidiness. You have the ability to work proactively and ensure that everything is neat and clean. For you, service and a sense of responsibility are a given, and you are comfortable working independently. You enjoy maintaining a high pace without compromising on quality.

You will be part of a positive team of six employees in Växjö, where everyone works with property maintenance and outdoor environments. The team collaborates closely and supports each other in daily work. As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for a number of your own properties, but some tasks will also be performed together as a team.

Social Sustainability

It is easy to equate sustainability with climate and environmental issues, but for us, sustainability is also about the social aspect. As an employer, we have a great responsibility and an opportunity to influence our employees' everyday lives. We care about your development and invest in both internal and external training for our employees. We know that when you grow, we grow! The social climate at our company is characterized by a lack of prestige and community, where we together help deliver high-quality service to our customers. We have short decision-making paths and you have the opportunity to influence your everyday life. You can count on benefits such as collective agreements, development opportunities, wellness programs, and occupational health care – a healthy workforce equals a healthy company. People matter!

We do what we say and keep our promises!
