Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a smaller company where you have the opportunity to influence, take initiative, and work closely with your colleagues. You are structured, quality-conscious, and have experience in digital large format, for example in signage, posters, displays, or similar.

You will work in a small production team together with a colleague and in close collaboration with our two project managers. Therefore, teamwork, communication, and a humble attitude are very important qualities. We place great emphasis on personality and are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and contributes to a positive work environment.

The work has a varying pace, where some periods are quieter while others can be more intense. You thrive in both situations, work meticulously and efficiently, and have a good eye for detail.

In addition to your experience, you have a strong interest in the graphic industry and are an open and curious person who wants to continue developing. With us, there is an opportunity to deepen your knowledge and learn our manufacturing processes alongside experienced colleagues.

Your role as a Digital Printer / Machine Operator

As a digital printer with us, you are responsible for ensuring that the graphic material is produced with high quality – from printing to finished product for the customer. You work with our digital printing machines, with a particular focus on large format production, and are responsible for ensuring that the products meet our quality standards. The role requires both independence and a good ability to plan and work together with your colleague in production.
