By combining traditional surf craftsmanship with advanced drive systems and battery solutions, Lind delivers an intuitive, powerful, and elegant riding experience. The team works from production and offices in Bromma, with a strong focus on practical assembly, quality, and technical innovation.

The Role

This is a role for you who enjoys practical work and takes pride in what you build. You will be part of a production team in a startup with a high technical focus and close collaboration between assembly, development, and quality. As an assembler at Lind, you will work with both mechanical and electronic assembly.

Your tasks will include:

• Assembly of drive systems and impellers

• Cutting, shrinking, and assembling wiring

• Functional testing and quality assurance of finished products

• Working from technical drawings but also a lot of practical learning

The work requires focus, precision, and endurance. There may be times when you will support prototype work, which requires flexibility, technical understanding, and initiative.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with experience in assembly or workshop work, preferably in a technical environment where quality and precision are important. You are self-sufficient and confident in taking responsibility for your work from start to finished product. Furthermore, we see that you thrive in a smaller organization where the role is broad and where you are expected to take a lot of personal responsibility. As a person, you are meticulous, practically inclined, and have a technical interest.

The primary language at the workplace is English, so you need to be comfortable communicating fluently in English. Swedish is a plus.
