Your Responsibilities

· Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media

· Follow up and resolve issues efficiently and timely

Your Profile

• Fluent Swedish (C1+) and good English skills (B2+)
• Strong communication skills, good social competence, and problem-solving abilities
• Good computer skills and technical interest
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
