Job Description:

The neighborhood caretaker is responsible for service to our customers. Our caretakers have daily contact with customers regarding fault reports, inquiries, and during move-ins and move-outs. The caretaker's tasks include repairs, inspections, oversight of waste rooms, laundry rooms, attic storage, basements, and outdoor environments. There may also be some administration in the form of invoice coding and orders. The work is largely independent.

Competence Profile:

You should have general high school qualifications and enjoy working with people and service. Good knowledge of English is a requirement.

A driver's license may be needed in certain caretaker areas.

Personal Qualities:

Your personality is significant for the position of neighborhood caretaker. You should enjoy meeting people, like problem-solving, and be able to handle stress. As a person, you are engaged, structured, have good teamwork skills, and some practical abilities.

We are looking for several neighborhood caretakers during the summer period, June-August. The length of the temporary positions may vary.
