Previous experience is desired
We are now looking for a passionate Persian chef who wants to be a part of our team. You are enthusiastic about Persian cuisine and have a good knowledge of traditional dishes, flavors, and cooking methods. You should be able to prepare traditional Persian stews/dishes as well as desserts such as faloodeh/pastry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Persian dishes from scratch
- Plan menus and contribute new ideas
- Ensure high quality, taste, and presentation
- Be responsible for hygiene and order in the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Persian spices, ingredients, and culinary traditions
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Detail-oriented, responsible, flexible, and able to handle stress
