Job Advertisement: Store Salesperson

We are now looking for store salespeople – real service heroes!

Do you have a flexible everyday life and want to work varied hours and days during our opening hours? Then you have come to the right place! We are looking for several colleagues for our staffing pool in Varberg!

You will become part of Circle K's staffing pool and will work varying hours during the day, evening, weekend, and night, and will be booked for available shifts. We would like you to be able to work 2 shifts a week and additionally fill in extra at short notice.

We want to be the best in the world at service. And that’s why we are now looking for more service heroes. What does such a person do? Well, you meet our customers' needs with knowledge, intuition, and a lovely smile – often while you might be refilling the coffee machine or serving a hot dog. Good to know:

• The recruitment process begins with a screening test followed by digital interviews conducted between weeks 7-9.
• If you proceed to employment, you are expected to be available for onboarding and training from the end of February/beginning of March.
• The position means that you are part of a staffing pool, which means we cannot guarantee a certain number of shifts per week. Work opportunities vary depending on need.

About you:

• You are a team player – you put the team before yourself.

• You are a jack-of-all-trades: You like to keep track of everything and enjoy doing many things at once.
• You speak and understand Swedish and English.
• You have a valid driver's license (B).
• You are over 18 years old.
