Venture Design is looking for a warehouse administrator for our warehouse operations in Knäred. The role is operational and administrative, responsible for order flows, transport bookings, and daily follow-up of deliveries. You will work closely with warehouse operations and maintain ongoing contact with carriers and internal functions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and follow up on customer orders in WMS
  • Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing orders
  • Book and coordinate transports
  • Ensure correct use of freight documents, labels, and transport regulations
  • Handle emails and daily contact with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
  • Follow up on discrepancies, delivery issues, and halted orders
  • Manage returns and claims
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure an efficient daily flow
  • Contribute to the improvement of routines and working methods within warehousing and logistics

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner, takes responsibility for their work, and can prioritize in a day filled with many parallel tasks. You thrive in both independent work and collaboration with others.

  • Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or transport
  • Familiarity with working in WMS or similar systems
  • Good understanding of order and warehouse processes
  • Ability to work accurately even in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Knowledge of transport logistics and regulations
  • Experience in returns and claims management
  • Understanding of practical warehouse work
