We are now looking for a warehouse manager who wants to be part of our growth journey. At the end of 2026, we will open the doors to our newly built headquarters and production facility in Halmstad – and you will play a key role in relocating and further developing our warehouse for the future. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a structured working approach. You thrive on creating order and contributing to the improvement of routines, flows, and warehouse efficiency.

About the job

As a warehouse manager, you will be responsible for receiving, checking, registering, and placing incoming materials. You will perform careful order picking and ensure structure, order, and precision in the warehouse. The role is central to supporting production and purchasing through correct material flows and systematic working methods.

Main responsibilities:

• Receiving deliveries, including receiving control and handling deviations

• Registering incoming deliveries in the business system and correctly placing them in storage locations

• Order picking according to the production plan and handling return materials or rework

• Documentation and administration of shipping documents, delivery notes, and quality documents (e.g., CoC)

• Warehouse moves and structuring of storage areas

• Conducting inventories and ensuring correct stock balances

• Collaboration with purchasing, production, and quality regarding deviations and material issues

• Contributing to the improvement of routines, flows, and warehouse efficiency

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in warehouse work, preferably within production or manufacturing industry

• Familiarity with working in business systems

• Good physical ability – the role involves lifting and active work

• Ability to read and interpret delivery notes, order lists, and item information

• Knowledge of receiving control and basic quality assessment

• Understanding of warehouse principles such as FIFO

• Good administrative skills and careful documentation

Swedish citizenship is a requirement for employment. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is also required.

We would like you to have experience in production where high traceability is a natural part of the work, for example in fiber optics, electronics, or medical technology. You are used to working in a structured manner and have experience in handling deviations and managing quality documentation according to established routines. Furthermore, a forklift license is an advantage, and it is beneficial if you have previously worked in the business system Monitor.

You are a structured and meticulous person with a strong sense of order, who takes responsibility and works independently with a good ability to prioritize in everyday life. You are solution-oriented and flexible when conditions change and can quickly adapt to changing production needs. As a person, you are communicative and collaborative, and you enjoy working closely with both production, purchasing, and colleagues to create efficient flows. You are also engaged and actively contribute to a positive and sustainable work environment. Safety is a given for you, and you work with a safety-conscious mindset, adhering to routines and regulations.
