Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Engineer to help build inclusive and accessible digital products at scale.

What You Will Work On

• Integrating accessibility into the full product development lifecycle
• Working closely with engineers, designers, UX researchers, and product managers
• Supporting product teams in ongoing development with accessibility expertise
• Developing shared processes, tools, and ways of working for accessibility
• Reviewing and testing digital products from an accessibility perspective
• Driving initiatives that strengthen accessibility practices across teams
• Creating and sharing guidelines, best practices, and accessibility standards
• Delivering training, coaching, and knowledge sharing within engineering teams
• Ensuring products meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive user experiences

What You Bring

• Experience as a full-stack developer working with accessible web or mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices
• Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by users with disabilities
• Ability to clearly explain differences between web accessibility and mobile accessibility
• Hands-on experience using assistive technologies such as screen readers
• (e.g. VoiceOver, TalkBack, JAWS, NVDA, browser extensions)
• Experience reviewing and testing digital products for accessibility compliance
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with the ability to support engineering teams
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
