We are now looking for dedicated machine operators for our client Diab. This is your chance to work in a modern production environment where your contribution makes a real difference to the end result.

About the position

As a machine operator with our client, you will be a key player in the production chain. This is not a job where you can "sleep on the job" – you need to be alert, monitor the process, and ensure that every detail meets the standards.

The work is done on shifts, which requires you to plan your everyday life and be comfortable with varying working hours.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitoring and setting up production machines.
• Ongoing quality checks – we do not let just anything through!
• Troubleshooting and basic maintenance during downtime.
• Reporting and documentation.

• Responsible: You are reliable, arrive on time, and take responsibility for your machine and your colleagues.
• Technically interested: You enjoy understanding how things work.

Requirements for the position:

• Driver's license: At least an AM license or a B license (Required to reach the workplace/position).
• Swedish: You master Swedish in speech and writing (important for safety and instructions).
• Shift work: You are available to work shifts.
• Epoxy examination: Your health and safety are paramount. Since the job may involve handling epoxy resins, it is a requirement that you undergo a statutory medical examination and receive a fitness certificate (approved result) before employment.

Meritorious (but not required):

• Forklift license: If you have a forklift license, it is a big plus!
• Experience from manufacturing or process industry.
