We are now looking for someone who is passionate about sales and customer experience for our new store in Eskilstuna.

eyes + more is part of nexeye and is expanding in Sweden. Nexeye includes, in addition to eyes + more and Direkt Optik AB, the brands Hans Anders in the Netherlands and Belgium (400 stores) and eyes+more with no less than 300 stores in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria. The Nexeye group stands for growth and expansion and aims to open even more new stores in Europe.

Examples of responsibilities

• Carry out the daily operations in the store

• Be attentive to customer needs and wishes.

• Suggest improvements.

• Work according to the routines established for the store

• Assemble glasses and perform minor repairs

• Maintain order and cleanliness

Qualifications 

• Experience working as a salesperson in retail

• You have good communication skills and enjoy sales

• You have an eye for aesthetics and can professionally sell frames for all occasions.

• You have previously worked in retail

Experience in the optical industry is an advantage

Personal qualities

You are an organized, positive person who enjoys giving advice, selling, and working with people. You are driven by sales and creating good profitability. You enjoy spreading energy and a good atmosphere around you. You have a high level of social competence and are attentive to customer needs.

As a salesperson in our stores, you will receive a salary according to the Handels agreement.

The position is part-time, with fixed schedule hours. Shift changes or cover for illness may occur.
