About the Role

As a Property Caretaker, you will be responsible for the ongoing property maintenance in our clients' properties. Together with your colleagues, you will create a pleasant living environment for customers and members by ensuring that it is whole, tidy, and safe both inside and around the properties. Your tasks include patrolling, waste management, lawn mowing, weed removal, and monitoring of sub-stations. In winter, snow and ice removal (even on holidays) is also included.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and creating a great customer experience. You enjoy that no two days are the same and can quickly adjust your planning based on what arises during the workday. You are responsible and can independently solve the challenges you face in your work. As a person, you are driven and social, and you approach both colleagues and customers with a positive attitude. At HSB Göta, good collaboration is an important part of the work, so it is also essential that you enjoy and contribute to this.

We are looking for someone who has a B driver's license and is accustomed to working with digital tools as we are implementing more and more technical solutions to facilitate the workday. To read instructions and work orders, it is also important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

If you have experience in gardening and machinery operation, it is a merit.

In Värnamo/Gislaved, we are a wonderful team of 9 employees who together are responsible for both the internal and external maintenance of properties. The group is led by an area manager.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months based in Gislaved. Work in Värnamo may occur as needed.
