We are looking for an experienced property technician for Tranås. We offer you a varied job with great opportunities to influence your workdays!

What does the job entail?

You will have technical tasks mixed with classic property maintenance. You will work with everything from customer service, ongoing property maintenance, repairs and service, to some administration. Gardening and snow removal are also included in the position - simply everything needed to care for our properties, areas, and tenants in the best possible way!

The assignment also includes, if necessary, performing work on other properties in the region.

Who are you?

You have a relevant high school education. Experience in plumbing, electrical work, construction, or ventilation is an advantage. Good knowledge in handling vehicles and machines is a clear benefit, and a B driver's license is a requirement. Our workflows are digitized, so good computer skills are a prerequisite.

As a person, you are a problem solver with a strong work ethic. You are stress-resistant and have a sense of order and tidiness. You need to be service-oriented as the job involves a lot of contact with both tenants and suppliers. We would like you to take your own initiatives and be able to plan your workday effectively.

A B driver's license for a manual car is a requirement.

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment. A 6-month probationary period applies. You will report to our Property Manager.
