We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician for an international manufacturing company with production for industrial customers in several sectors. The company operates in several locations across Europe and is a stable and long-term employer with high technical competence and a strong focus on quality, innovation, and development.

The facility in Motala is modern and houses an advanced machine park as well as a team of dedicated employees. The culture is characterized by collaboration, technical interest, and a desire to constantly improve processes and routines.

About the position

As a Maintenance Technician, you will have a varied job where you are responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance of larger production equipment. You will work with troubleshooting, service, and repairs – both electrical and mechanical – and actively contribute to ensuring high operational reliability and stable production.

The work includes, among other things:

• Troubleshooting and resolution of operational disturbances
• Planned preventive maintenance
• Repairs and optimization of machines and process equipment
• Collaboration with production and technical teams during urgent interventions
• Participation in improvement and development work within your department
• Experience in automation or automation electronics

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for a practically oriented and curious technician who thrives in an active production environment. You enjoy challenges, troubleshooting, and working closely with machines and colleagues.

We would like you to have:

• At least three years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience in both electrical and mechanical tasks
• An interest in technology, machines, and troubleshooting

It is advantageous if you have education in electricity or technology, for example as an electrical technician, automation technician, or industrial electrician. Experience in automation or electronic control systems is also a plus.
