Hotel Fratelli at Soltorget in Karlstad opened its doors to guests in April 2024. We are now looking for a passionate and creative sous chef for our three restaurants. You will be responsible for leading the work in the kitchen and preparing and cooking dishes of the highest quality. Collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team is crucial to ensure an efficient work environment and maintain our high ambitions. We welcome you to share new ideas that fit our concept.

You are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, flexible, interested in developing within your role, and have the ability to perform under pressure. Guest interaction is an important part of our concept, so we are looking for someone who thrives in interaction with our guests and has the ability to create memorable dining experiences.

To be successful in this role, at least 5 years of kitchen experience is required. Flexible working hours are a given for us, and you can expect to work both during the day, evenings, and weekends.
