We at Crew 4 You are looking for a self-driven and experienced sushi chef for seasonal work with assignments in Västra Götaland.
You have solid experience in the profession, enjoy challenges, and are used to working at a fast pace. We value good knowledge of sushi, Japanese cooking, and ingredient handling, as well as a flexible attitude and a strong team spirit.
You should be able to run the kitchen independently and master the entire sushi process: prepping ingredients, cooking rice, preparing and assembling sushi as well as poké/bowls.
The work often takes place in smaller kitchens, which requires structure, pace, and stress resilience.
Start: Immediately or by agreement
End: By agreement
Working hours: Day & evening shifts as well as weekends
Work degree: Full-time, seasonal
Accommodation: Arranged based on location and season
You who are applying must have a good command of Swedish in speech and writing; other languages are an advantage.
