Substitute - Salesperson / Distributor at Pågen in Linköping

Pågen is now looking for a substitute Sales Distributor with a B or C driver's license with YKB for weekends and as needed. You will become part of Sweden's largest sales force that supplies the country's stores and consumers with fresh bread every day.

What does the role entail?

In your work in Pågen's sales team, your overall responsibility is to visit our customers and stores and supply them with our fresh quality products. You will be part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You will have a substitute job that is both varied, mobile, and fun as it includes a mix of sales and distribution tasks. You will have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to improve a little every day.

• Visit our customers to replenish our fresh products.
• Create conditions for good sales in stores.
• Plan and execute sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.

Who are you?

As a substitute with us, it is important that you can work some weekends each month.

To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take significant personal responsibility. You are attentive and have an easy time building trust, driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all parts of your work.

You communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and the position requires that you have a B or C driver's license (YKB). We would also like you to have experience in retail and sales work, preferably within food.
