Sodexo offers a varied range of services to organizations in the private and public sectors, and we are now looking for a Team Leader for our Warehouse and Logistics department in Norrköping.

About the role

As a team leader, you will be responsible for a department within our warehouse operations in Norrköping. In close collaboration with other team leaders, supervisors, and managers, you will plan and structure the days, working together to provide other employees with excellent conditions to carry out their daily work.

In the role of team leader, you will manage and develop Sodexo's assignments by being responsible for operational issues within the daily operations. Together with other team leaders, you will lead groups that vary between 3-15 employees around you, where your responsibility is to lead, plan, and distribute the day's work while ensuring an effective delivery of Sodexo's services, including actively participating in the daily work. You will be part of the management team for the assignment and report to the supervisor in Norrköping.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for daily management and follow-up of Sodexo's assignments and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to improving and further developing the company's assignments by developing both existing and new departments within the operations.
  • Further train employees according to requirements and regulations so that deliveries are made according to the requirements and customer wishes. Influence the creation of new routines and instructions so that work methods are developed.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with Sodexo's customers and partners.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has completed upper secondary education.
  • Has previous experience in warehouse work, at least 4 years, and is familiar with goods reception, picking, and packing.
  • Has good computer and system skills with solid knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
  • Holds a valid driver's license (B).
  • Has a forklift license according to standard TLP10, categories A1-A4 and B1-B4.

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have knowledge of Visma Business and Bitlog WMS.
  • Have previous experience as a team leader in warehouse operations.

Other:

Working hours are scheduled for weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00. Start date by agreement.
