We are now looking for someone to work as a store manager at Circle K Nyköping Östra Rundgatan. The position is permanent with an initial six-month probationary period.

You and the team work together with the daily routines of the station, with one thing in common: The customer is always the focus! Our Store Managers currently have an average salary of 38,140 SEK/month. Your exact salary level is based on your previous experience in retail and leadership. The position is also currently eligible for a car allowance of 2,100 SEK/month and a bonus paid quarterly. Does this sound interesting? About you:

• You find it most fun to be out in the store but also enjoy the administrative tasks.
• You have at least two years of leadership experience in service, retail, or restaurants.
• You have documented sales experience with good results.
• You have experience from working in a larger chain.
• You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You are at least 18 years old and have a B driver's license for manual cars.

About the position:

• Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday with a 40-hour workweek.
• Collective agreement for salaried employees from Unionen.
