We offer care and service to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a safe service that is tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with case management and to meet the needs and routines of our customers, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the business – we can always improve.

Today, the company has over 900 employees, including nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners. We have special expertise in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin word Legio, which means “chosen personnel” – it is based on this motto that we work: we know that we provide the best service when we also have the best and most dedicated staff!

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the individual, respecting our customers and providing the absolute best service is very important.

Previous experience in home care is an advantage but not a requirement.

Being a trained nursing assistant is a requirement.

It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
