Becoming part of the SSAB family means embarking on a journey. A journey that we believe is crucial for the future and sustainability of our planet. Steel has been one of the most important materials for our societal development and will continue to be so in the future. In our homes, in bridges that connect our cities, and in tomorrow's cars. At SSAB, we are proud of our history and our leadership in high-strength steel. At the same time, we are aware that steel production is one of the industries that emits the most greenhouse gases in the world. This must change. We have therefore developed the world's first fossil-free process for steel production and are committed to becoming largely fossil-free. As part of SSAB, you will be important in realizing this goal and thus contribute to a green transition of the entire steel industry.
SSAB's workshop is centrally organized and collaborates with all organizational levels within production. Together, we deliver, in close cooperation with the production units, qualified services of good quality. We are looking for an operator for our workshop machines tasked with processing components for SSAB's production equipment. The position includes setup and programming of our lathes. Work on other workshop machines is also included.
We offer a role with great opportunities for further development, both within the role and in the rest of the company. You will work alongside your colleagues in a pleasant team that maintains and develops our facilities.
The working hours are 2-shift.
Selection will take place continuously, so submit your application today!
