JOB DESCRIPTION As a CNC operator with our client in Laholm, you will be an important part of the manufacturing process. You will work in a modern CNC environment where precision, quality, and safety are the focus. The role involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues in production, technology, and quality.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Processing, preparing, and operating CNC machines according to drawings, specifications, and finished programs

• Performing settings, adjustments, and tool changes before new series and productions

• Working with measurement technology and conducting self-checks to ensure the right quality

• Documenting and following up on quality requirements according to established routines

• Handling and packing finished products and contributing to order, structure, and safety in production

The work is varied and developing. You will work with new drawings, different materials, and details with tight tolerances, which places high demands on accuracy and technical understanding.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TEAM The CNC department consists of about 20 employees with broad competence and long experience. Collaboration is close and unpretentious, focusing on knowledge sharing, safety, and continuous improvements for an efficient and safe work environment.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with experience in CNC production or a strong technical interest. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in CNC machining within industrial production (meritorious)

• Good knowledge of reading drawings, measurement technology, and quality assessment

• Forklift license and experience operating pallet trucks

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license and access to a car

PREFERABLE

• CNC operator training or technical high school education
