Summer Temporary Workers 2026

Smurfit Westrock Sweden AB is part of Smurfit Westrock Scandinavia and is the Swedish organization within the packaging division. We have approximately 800 employees across 11 different units, with central functions and headquarters in Eslöv. Our facility in Brännögård, about 45 km north of Halmstad, is one of the largest and most modern facilities in Scandinavia with around 160 employees.

We are now looking for engaged and responsible temporary summer workers for our production facility in Brännögård, Kinnared for the summer of 2026.

About the positions

We are primarily looking for:

• Machine operators for production

• Forklift drivers for loading (requires certification and experience in operating counterbalance forklifts)

• Temporary workers for administrative roles

As a machine operator, you will work at our converting machines or our corrugator, where you will be responsible for machine settings, production, and quality assurance according to customer specifications. You will work together with one or two colleagues at each machine.

Working hours

•  3-shift: Mornings Monday–Friday, afternoons Monday–Thursday, and nights Sunday–Friday morning

• 2-shift or daytime may be applicable for certain workstations

Salary

Fixed salary + shift allowance according to the applicable collective agreement (Packaging Agreement/Graphic).

Qualifications and experience

•  At least 18 years old and secondary education, preferably with a technical focus

•  Experience from similar tasks or industrial work is an advantage

•  B driver's license and access to a car (public transport options are lacking)

•  Good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are necessary
