Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for Production Staff for our client in Falkenberg, who operates within the food industry. You will work in a team and the tasks may vary. Your responsibilities may include forklift driving, food production, and packaging, where we value candidates with good knowledge of how food should be handled. Since the work can sometimes be physically demanding, it is an advantage if you are in good physical shape.

The work is scheduled during the day, or alternatively in 2 shifts.

Background and Personal Qualities

It is desirable that you are practically inclined and have previously worked in the industry, but it is not a requirement. What is required is that you have the motivation and willingness to learn. A driver's license and access to a car are desirable as it can be difficult to reach the client by public transport.

You are a person driven by set goals and are used to maintaining a high pace when you work. You are perceived as cheerful, social, and positively inclined towards work. The client company maintains a very high quality in their products, which means that you, as an applicant, are naturally a very meticulous person who understands the value of delivering well-executed work.
