As a machine operator at our client, you will work in production where you are responsible for monitoring, operating, and ensuring that the machines produce according to plan. The work involves starting and setting up machines, following up on production, and ensuring that quality remains high.

Your tasks include:

• Operating and monitoring machines in production

• Ensuring that production flows according to plan

• Performing minor adjustments and checks of machines

• Following safety and quality procedures

• Contributing to an efficient and well-functioning production

The work is scheduled on two shifts.

This is a temp-to-hire position, meaning you will initially be employed by Effektiv Halmstad with good opportunities to be taken on by the client company in the long term.

We are looking for someone with experience in production or industry work, preferably as a machine operator. If you have previously worked with monitoring machines or production lines, that is a plus.

As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and have a good work pace. You thrive in a production environment and are used to taking responsibility while also collaborating well with your colleagues.
