Assembler Wanted for High-Tech Environment in Halmstad

About the Position

In the role of assembler, you will work with the manufacturing and assembly of advanced cable products. The work is varied and places high demands on accuracy, collaboration, and technical understanding. You will be part of a team working with high-tech radar systems – products used globally to protect communities and ensure defense capabilities.

Your Main Responsibilities

Manufacture cables, including soldering
Perform assembly and prototype work
Conduct environmental testing
Handle chemicals such as epoxy, paint, and varnish
Work with washing processes
Read and interpret drawings and documentation in Swedish and English
Participate in verification and contribute to design support
Participate in improvement work within quality, delivery, and economy
Maintain contact with customers
Participate in training and act as a mentor
Clearly communicate the status of the units you are responsible for

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in manufacturing, preferably within electrical or mechanical fields. You are meticulous, persistent, and have good fine motor skills. Since the work is done in close collaboration with others, you are communicative and thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant changes.

Technical education or equivalent experience
Ability to work in a structured and quality-conscious manner
A solution-oriented and flexible approach to work
