We are now looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and independent with knowledge and experience in gardening for the gardening season of 2026.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is passionate about gardening and has a strong interest in garden maintenance.

Education in the gardening industry is an advantage. If you can also demonstrate interest and knowledge about plants, pruning, and green area maintenance, it is a plus.

If you have licenses and certificates that are useful for the job, we want you to clearly state these in your application. Particularly advantageous are: chainsaw and brushcutter.

You enjoy working outdoors and are both willing and able to handle physically demanding work.

You are responsible and proactive, see the big picture, and can plan and execute work independently as well as in collaboration with others.

You are interested in the work area and interact with colleagues and customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner.

• Can work independently, to some extent lead daily work, and enjoy taking responsibility
• Understand the value of providing good service and are happy to go the extra mile
• Enjoy variation in work
• Have a valid driver's license (B)
• Swedish or English is a requirement
