We are looking for someone who wants to take a strategic and central role in the development of rehabilitation in Tranås, Aneby, and Eksjö. Through a service purchase agreement, you will work for three municipalities in close collaboration, with Tranås municipality as the formal employer.

As of July 1, 2026, a national requirement for a medically responsible person for rehabilitation (MAR) will be introduced, making this role both important and future-oriented. As MAR, you will be a driving force in strengthening quality, safety, and medical competence in municipal healthcare and contribute to a more cohesive and accessible rehabilitation close to the residents.

Since the assignment covers three municipalities, you will have a varied and mobile job, combined with very good opportunities for flexible and digital work when the assignment allows.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As MAR, your responsibilities will be within the rehabilitation and assistive technology area. The assignment includes, among other things:

• Developing and monitoring quality and patient safety.
• Creating, revising, and following up on routines and working methods.
• Providing expert support to managers and employees.
• At an overarching level, monitoring, analyzing, and providing feedback on deviations, reviewing patient records, reporting care injuries, and driving systematic improvement work based on the results.
• Leading and participating in development work and training initiatives.
• Representing the three municipalities in various forums/networks.
• Assisting in contract formulation and monitoring.

Since the position is divided among three municipalities, it involves many travels between the three municipalities. An important part of the work is to collaborate within the municipalities, between the municipalities, with the Region, and also with MARs and MASs throughout the county.

You will be directly subordinate to the head of the health and social care administration in Tranås municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist. We would like you to have experience in healthcare and municipal operations, but the most important thing is that you have a strong commitment to driving improvement work in the field. You have good digital skills. You enjoy working both with administrative tasks and collaboration. It is required that you express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish, and that you have a B driver's license.
