We are a small team with customers globally, and now we are looking for the next key person – someone who likes to take responsibility, try new things, and ensure that things get done. Life Inside is a video platform that companies use to collect and distribute videos on their digital channels. Your role

  • Take a central role in our company and jump in where needed: here we talk about onboarding new customers, support, marketing, product, sales, and GDPR, you’ll be involved everywhere (except coding)

  • Be responsible for ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience: from first contact to loyal ambassador

  • Contribute to and execute marketing efforts, particularly via HubSpot

  • Conduct new customer meetings and drive the dialogue from start to finish

  • Test new features in the product, gather customer insights, and pass these on to our development team

  • Help manage GDPR and contracts and other compliance issues

Who you are You are a problem solver to the core; give you a problem, and you’ll come up not just with one solution, but three improvement suggestions that no one has thought of. You have an entrepreneurial drive and a strong sense of business and customer. You are a "get it done" person who doesn’t wait for instructions and understands what creates value. Collaboration is natural for you, and you are not afraid to both challenge and be challenged. And most importantly: you don’t shy away from breadth; you step right into it.

Our wishes for you

  • At least two years of experience in a Customer Success role

  • A degree in a relevant field

  • Good experience working in HubSpot

  • Experience working in a startup or growth company is a plus

  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
