Forklift Operator Wanted for Long-Term Assignment

We are now looking for an experienced, self-driven, and responsible forklift operator for a long-term assignment starting immediately. With us, you will have a varied role where you become an important part of keeping production running with both responsibility and variation in your daily work.

About the Position

You will be an important part of an engaged team and work closely with both internal departments and external drivers. The position involves a 2-shift schedule with on-call duty as needed. It is a long-term assignment in an industrial environment where structure, personal responsibility, and understanding of production flows are key to success.

Job Description

As a forklift operator, you are responsible for more than just driving the forklift. You need to be aware of what is happening around you and take initiative without needing clear directives. If you have the willingness to see opportunities instead of problems, we are confident that over time you will gain a natural understanding of the production flows at your future workplace and be the right profile for the role of forklift operator.

Daily tasks include:

• Internal transport between departments
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Handling of waste and materials
• Warehouse management and movement of pallets
• Maintaining order and structure in the departments

We are looking for someone who

• Solution-oriented so that you can always stay one step ahead in your planning
• Flexible and adaptable as you will alternate between handling both busy and calm days
• Has engagement and interest in understanding the business you are in
• Holds valid forklift licenses according to TLP10 A-B
