Painting Technician at Proplate

Do you want to work in a varied role where you combine technology, quality, and development? At Proplate, we are looking for a painting technician who wants to contribute to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You will be an important part of our production team and report to the area manager.

About the Position

As a painting technician, you will play a central role in our production. You will work both operationally and developmentally with our painting processes. Your work directly contributes to our quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Working hours are 07:00-15:00 Monday to Friday
Salary according to agreement

Your Main Responsibilities

In your daily work, you will, among other things:

• Work on improvements and develop our painting processes.
• Follow up and manage deviations in production.
• Review yesterday's production.
• Conduct visual inspections and random sampling measurements.
• Participate in outcome testing and maintenance.
• Work on cost efficiency.
• Be responsible for training staff and support colleagues as needed.
• Purchase consumables and maintain existing tools as needed.
• Plan the week's work.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and quality-driven work environment.
