We are looking for a chef for our operations, which includes both treatment homes and adult education in a boarding format. The chef will be placed in a fully equipped kitchen at Fredga Gården in Norrköping, where the education takes place. The food for the treatment home is delivered as catering. The main task is to prepare lunch and dinner for our clients and educational participants.

The job involves overall responsibility for planning, purchasing, preparation, cleaning, and ensuring that the kitchen meets all environmental and health requirements. Previous experience is a requirement as you should be able to work independently and in a structured manner while keeping to the budget.

You will work together with another chef. The kitchen is staffed every day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on weekends from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The schedule includes work every other weekend.

The food prepared is made from scratch. Our ambition is to serve a good, healthy, and varied diet where traditional home-cooked meals are a common theme. We also offer special diets as needed.

As part of the role, you will also be expected to receive clients from the treatment home for work training. Personal suitability and an empathetic approach are therefore required. Knowledge of treatment and addiction is an advantage. A driver's license is required.
