Do you want to work practically, see clear results from what you do, and be an important part of a close-knit production team? We at TopWork are now looking for several production workers for a client in Strängnäs, focusing on the manufacturing of larger construction-related products.

You will work in an industrial production environment where manufacturing occurs in clear steps and according to drawings and instructions. The work is physical and practical, suitable for those who enjoy working with their bodies and hands.

Examples of tasks:

• Prepare and organize molds/production equipment for manufacturing
• Assemble components and reinforcements according to drawings
• Pouring/filling and post-processing of finished products
• Demolding, inspection, and simple adjustments
• Use of hand tools and overhead cranes is included
• Ensure quality and carefully follow work instructions

The work is done in teams where collaboration, pace, and precision are crucial.

We are looking for someone who is handy, willing to work hard, and accustomed to putting in effort when needed.

We would like you to have:

• Experience from industry, production, or workshop
• Familiarity with reading technical drawings
• Experience in assembly or working with molds/templates
• Forklift and/or overhead crane experience (meritorious)
• Good physical condition and enjoys physical work
