Skolfood in Enköping is now looking for a chef for the production kitchen.

Your tasks include everything that is done in a production kitchen. Production and preparation for school lunch catering.

Who are we looking for?

You are a lively, cheerful, pleasant & accommodating person who is self-driven and has good teamwork skills. As a person, you are unpretentious and happily take on both large and small tasks.

It is of utmost importance that you are engaged in your work and have a positive and solution-oriented attitude. To succeed in the role, you should have both a high stress threshold and great capacity as there are periods of high workload. It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a chef in a large kitchen.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation and production of school meals
• Handling according to food laws and applicable self-checks.
• And all other tasks that occur in a production kitchen

Personal Qualities

• Flexible and self-driven
• Active
• Good service sense
• Meticulous

Qualifications

• At least a few years of experience as a chef
• Experience/knowledge of food handling
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish
• Driver's license B

Conditions

• Start: Immediately
• Job Title: Chef
• Working hours are Monday - Friday 06:00-14:30
• Salary: Contractual monthly salary
• Duration: 4 months probationary employment
