Process Operator at Lantmännen in Klintehamn

Lantmännen has a unique value chain where we take responsibility from field to fork every day. In Klintehamn, we have a facility for handling grain, feed, fertilizers, and trading goods. We are now looking for a process operator who wants to work with us across all segments!

Your Responsibilities

As a process operator with us, you will have a varied and significant role in a grain, fertilizer, and feed facility. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling our processes, ensuring stable operations at the facility, and carrying out both improvement and hygiene tasks.

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge and experience in process technology who thrives in a role with many contact points – both internally and externally. Since grain and feed handling is classified as food, the work demands high standards of quality, structure, and precision.

In this role, you will work both independently and as part of an engaged team. During parts of the year, shift work is included: two shifts in the feed factory and a shift schedule in the grain reception during the harvest period (weeks 29–35).

What You Need to Succeed and Thrive

You have:

• High school education or equivalent work experience
• Experience from working in a production environment with controlled processes
• Good IT skills and experience working in production-related IT systems
• The ability to read, understand, and follow instructions and routines
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (for loader and forklift)
