We at K-Bemanning are now looking for an injection molding operator for our client's production of medical technology products in a cleanroom environment. At our client, you will have an important role where every step counts – from monitoring machines to quality controls and documentation.

About the role

As an injection molding operator, you will work in a cleanroom according to ISO requirements. You ensure that production runs smoothly, perform controls, and document processes. Your work is both independent and team-oriented. You actively contribute to maintaining order and improving workflows.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Monitor and operate injection molding machines
• Perform visual quality controls and document results
• Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to processes
• Contribute to improvement work and maintain cleanliness in production

Qualifications

We would like you to meet the following:

• Experience in injection molding or industrial production (meritorious)
• Experience in cleanroom work or medical technology production is highly meritorious
• Good understanding of quality, precision, and hygiene requirements
• Basic computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work shifts
