Gotlands Korvfabrik and Växtchark produce both meat and plant-based artisanal delicacies in the old sugar factory in Roma. We work with local ingredients and focus on high quality. Our products are sold in our own farm shop in Roma, to restaurants and stores on Gotland and the mainland. We work with organic and KRAV-certified production.

We are now looking for an additional colleague for the sausage factory. The work includes, among other things, the production of food such as sausages, charcuterie, and fermentation. The job also involves tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, packing, labeling, and preparing food in our café. Primarily, the work is in production, but you will also be responsible for grilling in our café at the farm shop. Occasional work at events, catering, and in our farm shop may occur. Heavy lifting may be required.

The position will start in February/March and last until September, with a chance for extension.
