About Apoteket AvionHere at Apoteket Avion, we are a total of 16 employees and we are located in the Avion shopping center just south of Umeå city center. With the central location in the mall comes a wide customer interaction – and a workday characterized by both pace, variety, and team spirit.
The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-20:00, Saturdays 10:00-18:00, Sundays 10:00-18:00.
Your roleOur store salespeople always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will be responsible for the sale of over-the-counter products and ensure safety and service in every customer interaction.
What you will do with us:Contribute to a positive experience in every customer interaction through engagement and customer focus.
Create added value through cross-selling with care for the customer.
Handle goods, receive and pick up deliveries.
Ensure that the pharmacy's shelves and products are fronted according to guidelines.
Provide professional advice on self-care and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
Implement current campaigns towards prioritized customer segments for an enhanced customer experience.
Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
Stay updated on our assortment and our campaigns to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
Contribute to ensuring that Apoteket looks organized and appealing to customers.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.
For this position, you need to be interested in sales and service, with a clear focus on customer care.
You have a high school diploma.
You have several years of experience in retail sales.
You have experience working with cash handling and inventory management.
You have a genuine interest in self-care, customer care, and sales.
You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see every customer.
You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
You have good communication skills, which means you listen actively and can adapt to the recipient's needs and circumstances.
You are confident and solution-focused in your daily work, where you both see and act on challenges that arise.
You have the ability to maintain focus and calm in stressful situations.
