Since 2006, when we launched Sweden's first online grocery store, we have worked to make it easy to get food on the table. Now, together with Oda in Norway, we aim to become the world's most efficient retail company. And we need you to succeed.

You will be part of our wonderful team in Distribution, and your tasks will include:

• Being Mathem's face to the outside world and providing our customers with a world-class delivery experience through a professional and friendly approach.

• Performing home deliveries of groceries with high precision, where you are responsible for ensuring that the goods reach the customer on time and in perfect condition.

• Managing daily routes using a handheld computer and pre-programmed GPS, in everything from bustling urban environments to quieter residential areas.

• Collaborating closely with warehouse staff and management to ensure an efficient flow and that the right keys and vehicles are ready for the day's round.

• Being a flexible problem solver in a varied everyday life where you meet up to 50 unique customers per day.

With our smart technology and logistics solutions, we can reduce food waste, save time and money, and make life easier for people who want more freedom in their daily lives.

You are a social and curious doer who likes things to happen. You find responsibility fun and get goosebumps from solving problems and trying new things. You care about customers, colleagues, diversity, and sustainability. And for this role, we need you to:

• Be physically strong and enjoy an active job, as the role involves both heavy lifting and many stairs during a workday.

• Be communicative and service-oriented, with good knowledge of Swedish since you have daily contact with our customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

• Drive safely and securely, and have held your B driver's license for at least 1 year.

• Navigate effectively and handle stressful situations in traffic with a smile on your face.

• Have experience driving larger vehicles, such as light trucks or vans, and feel comfortable with the size of the vehicle even in tight urban environments.

And if you also have a good sense of humor, we are convinced that you will enjoy working with us at Mathem.

• It's a plus if you are a team player who thrives when the pace is high and who keeps calm regardless of whether you are navigating through rush hour traffic or tight residential areas.

• It's luxurious if you have experience in service jobs where you have learned to read customers' needs and love to deliver that little extra that makes someone's day better.

• It's a bonus if you can show a spotless driving record and have a natural drive for an environmentally conscious driving style, as we at Mathem are heavily invested in sustainability and electric vehicles.

• A star in the corner if you are also great at problem-solving and can take initiative when the route list or traffic presents surprises.

Employment form: Part-time (87.5%). Permanent employment with an initial 6-month probationary period.

Working hours: Day and evening shifts.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement (Warehouse & E-commerce)
