Field Sales Representative & Delivery Driver – Full-time (with commission)

Do you want an independent full-time job where you combine field sales, customer relations, and deliveries – while having the opportunity to influence your own compensation?

We are looking for someone with a B driver's license, who enjoys responsibility and likes to work independently. In this role, you will be both a field sales representative and delivery driver, with full responsibility for your stores and district. You are our face to the public and an important part of our growth.

You are social, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking your own initiatives in the store. Previous experience in sales, retail, product deliveries, or fieldwork is a plus but not a requirement.

Your Responsibilities

You will work independently delivering our licorice products to stores, primarily within the grocery sector. At the same time, you will be responsible for active sales and development of existing customers, including:

• Restocking, facing, and displaying products in-store
• Dialogue and relationship with store staff
• Upselling, promotions, and new placements
• Monitoring assortment and availability

The products are delivered in smaller boxes that you handle between the warehouse, vehicle, and store.

The work is done via a digital delivery and sales system on your mobile, making tech-savviness a plus.

The position is full-time, daytime weekdays.

You will start from our warehouse in Örebro and be responsible for route planning and execution.
