We are now looking for two more Distributors to the Transport Service unit, to strengthen the project Egen Regi. Here you will work in a close-knit team with a focus on teamwork, digitization, and efficiency.

Your closest colleagues work in different roles such as Distributors, Load Change Drivers, Blacksmiths, Repairers, and Supervisors. Together, the unit is responsible for handling containers and bags, container management, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.

About the role

In this role, you will be based at our warehouse in Västerås, where the operations office is located nearby. A large part of the workweek is spent on various service tasks with our customers, ranging from private individuals to housing associations and industries.

You will, among other things, work with the delivery and collection of equipment or replacement of spare parts on-site. You will inventory the warehouse, work with goods reception, and distribution of goods within our facilities.

The work also involves supervision and quality control of equipment at our customers, which requires you to enjoy a service-oriented role and have the ability to deliver service of the highest quality.

You contribute to an orderly work environment in the warehouse as well as the vehicles you will be working with.

Your main tasks:

Distribute, replace, or maintain containers and waste bags at households or businesses.
Ensure that the containers are in good condition (repair, clean, replace as needed).
Inventory of the warehouse, goods reception, and distribution.
Create a safe and pleasant work environment by keeping the warehouse and vehicles in good condition.

You work in a structured manner and prioritize your work effectively to ensure high-quality delivery on time.

We see that you have:

High school education.
Current experience in customer service.
Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
Forklift license A2.
Driver's license B.

It is an advantage if you also have:

Experience from similar operations in waste management or logistics.
Speak more languages than Swedish.
Forklift licenses B1 and B2.
Experience driving light trucks.
