Job Responsibilities:

• You support users in their daily lives, all according to the decisions of the assistance officer.
• Provide support and companionship, and help create a meaningful everyday life.
• Use our digital planning system to plan users' interventions.
• Document in the operational system and follow individual implementation plans.
• Through our contact person system, you will have special responsibility for some users, where you help create and follow up on implementation plans and manage information transfer.
• Collaboration is key! You work closely with other home care groups and healthcare staff to ensure that all users receive the best possible care.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with education in care and nursing or equivalent experience, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have the ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as the ability to plan and organize your work. We also place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

Conditions:

The current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Start date 260216 or by agreement. The employment is a fixed-term position until 260426 or until the regular holder of the position returns. For employment, a copy of the criminal record for HVB homes (in an unopened envelope) is required.
