Attendo Sandelska huset is a nursing home in Gamla Uppsala. We have a stable workgroup but need to expand during the spring and summer so that others can take their well-deserved vacation.

Job Description

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education and experience in care work. It is an advantage if you have experience in elderly care and delegation. You may be training to become a nursing assistant, nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist; this is also a suitable background for being a substitute with us.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.

• Ongoing education in healthcare.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity.

You enjoy providing good service, creating strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can see the needs of individuals. Having a leadership role is stimulating, and you enjoy mentoring your colleagues in health and medical care issues.

About the recruitment process
