What will you be working with?

As a facility technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a team that has good collaboration between competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture.

Your tasks as a facility technician will include:

• Conducting regular rounds, inspections, and maintenance of properties
• Ensuring that fault reports are executed on time and with the right knowledge/needs
• Communicating with subcontractors and Coor's own staff, both verbally and in writing
• Participating in the establishment and follow-up of maintenance plans and improvement proposals
• Conducting risk assessments in the work environment and suggesting developments
• Performing task-based work beyond the contract
• Being customer-focused and maintaining a good business relationship with clients

Who are you?

You are an initiative-taking and goal-oriented team player with the courage to make decisions to advance in your work. You are a confident and social person who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team and has positive and responsive communication with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors. You work in a structured and meticulous manner.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education in property/facility technology or equivalent experience
• Driver's license (B)
• Good computer and system skills
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Good understanding of English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience in facility technology
• Experience with electrical systems, control and regulation, ventilation and cooling, plumbing systems
• Training in scissor lifts, fall protection, forklift license, hot work, facility management, or other relevant areas

About the position

• Employment type: Permanent position
• Employment rate: Full-time 100%
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 07-16. On-call duty included.
• Start date: By agreement
• Probationary period: 6 months
