Your Role

Your role will be as an assembly technician, which means that you will work with others in your team to assemble, rivet, and manufacture parts for civil aircraft or military products. The team is responsible for production, deliveries, and quality. The employment starts with a 6-week training at Saab's own training facility to provide you with the right conditions to succeed in the role. The working hours for the position are both shift and daytime, depending on where you end up.

Previous experience in assembly is not a requirement; however, the job requires that you have an aptitude for working practically with your hands. Different types of experience may be relevant for this position, but you must have completed your secondary education with passing grades. It is also required that you master Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
