About the position Werksta Norrköping is a body and paint workshop, an all-car workshop authorized for Tesla. In this exciting role, you will belong to a dedicated team consisting of 11 body repairers, 8 painters, 2 responsible for spare parts, as well as 2 damage estimators and a customer receiver.

As a collision repair technician/body repairer, you will perform repairs on collision-damaged cars. The work includes replacing body parts, performing welding and bonding work in metal, plastic, and glass, as well as disassembling and assembling parts and equipment.

Your tasks

You will work with many different car brands and handle both small repairs and large structural damages.

Examples of tasks;

– Replace and align body parts

– Weld, bond, and rivet

– Disassembly and assembly

– Collaborate with planning, damage estimators, and team leaders to create good results

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced car body repair technician. You should have the ability to work independently, be service-oriented, engaged, and meticulous. It is important for us that you become one of the team, that you have great social skills and good collaboration abilities. We also prefer that you have computer skills and understand how time stamping works. The position requires a B driver's license. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
