Your Crew

Our Production team at our brand new factory in Linköping currently consists of around 30 dedicated individuals and is led by both Joakim and Thomas. We come from diverse backgrounds which allows us to complement each other and leverage each other's experiences. Here we are a team that enjoys taking initiative and solving problems together. As we are still building up our production, we have great opportunities to influence and improve how we work – perfect for you who like to be involved from the start! Your Mission

Be responsible for our 7-axis machine with dual machine tables and 9 meters of stroke length on the X-axis.
Participate in developing the machine from single-piece manufacturing to series production.
Work in a cross-functional CNC team with close collaboration with programmers, production technology, and preparation.
Manage and optimize the machine's performance to ensure high productivity and quality.
Contribute your ideas to improve processes and workflows.
Participate in problem-solving and innovation regarding the machine's usage.
Work shifts. For this position, we primarily seek someone who wants to work two shifts!

Your Story

Education in machining technology or equivalent work experience or a great curiosity to learn.
Experience in CNC milling/turning and working with at least one 5-axis machine is an advantage.
Knowledge of Siemens control systems and reading technical drawings is an advantage.
Experience working with carbon fiber is an advantage.
A calm, methodical approach with a focus on precision and quality.
A strong commitment and responsibility for the machine and its operation.
The ability to collaborate and enjoy achieving common goals together with your team.
