About the PositionResponsibilities

Elis is now looking for a service leader who will play a central role for the distribution and service team in Eskilstuna as well as depots in Örebro and Västerås. Elis provides rental and laundry solutions for carpets to municipal and corporate customers. In this role, you will be responsible for 10 service personnel and act as the hub for the group you lead. You will be responsible for the service group's goal fulfillment and ensuring that the business continues to develop and become even stronger. The role also includes acting as a backup service person and delivering carpets to Elis customers.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Create and maintain good customer relationships in the service group's area

  • Plan and schedule the daily operations for the service group

  • Be responsible for the introduction and training of new employees as well as coaching and developing existing staff

  • Develop and optimize the service group's routes

  • Be responsible for deviation and complaint handling

Furthermore, you will work broadly as a service leader to ensure that the service personnel have the best conditions to succeed in their roles, which in turn leads to very satisfied customers.

Employment Type: Permanent full-time employment, with a standard six-month probationary period.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 15:00.

Start Date: Immediately

Workplace Address: Starting from Elis in Eskilstuna (Filargatan 3), you will also be responsible for Elis depots in Örebro and Västerås where you need to be some days a week.

Requirements and QualitiesRequirements
  • Experience as a service leader or similar leadership role

  • Good computer skills

  • Driving license B

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious
  • Previous experience as a driver

  • Previous experience in the distribution industry

  • Previous experience in service work

As a service leader, it is important that you have very good leadership qualities to engage your employees in the service group so that you work together in a results-oriented and goal-driven manner for the best of the business. The role requires you to be communicative and skilled at engaging with people as you have many contact points where you need to build relationships and trust, both internally and externally. To succeed in the role, you should be self-driven and we see that you are structured and solution-oriented as you will have "many balls in the air". Last but not least, you should be loyal and a good role model in the workplace.
